🏗️ Railyard Development Now Complete

Ashburnham Realty has wrapped up the Railyard Development on Hunter Street. The final building is already half leased, with four furnished suites ready to go. Residents have built a tight little community with game nights, potlucks, and trail walks. Nearby: Railyard Café, Grant Thornton, BMO Wealth, Ashburnham Ale House, Foodland, Hard Winter Bakery, Black’s Distillery, and more.

🧣 Marentette’s Mission Now Underway

Petes defenceman Thanasi Marentette has launched a winter gear drive to support local families, with donations accepted every Thursday home game from Nov. 13 to Dec. 11 in the PMC lobby or at the Petes Store. The first 100 donors get a signed print or collector card, and the Petes return to home ice this Thursday at 7:05 p.m. against the Sarnia Sting.

🌍 Fleming College Hosts Multicultural Showcase

Fleming College is celebrating cultures from around the world with a four-day Multicultural Showcase at the Sutherland Campus from Nov. 17 to 21. Expect singers, dancers and cultural demonstrations from countries like Myanmar, India, Vietnam, Nigeria, and more, along with performances from the Algonquins of Pikwakanagan First Nation. It’s free, open to all ages and runs daily in the main foyer from 11 AM to 4 PM.
